TATOO SBB Maxima

Tatoo SBB Maxima is the 4th generation of SBB SEF films.

This high-tech film is designed to block contamination of the transfer by the inks of the fabric on which it is applied under heat (migration).

Applications

Polyester and temperature-sensitive textiles and those at risk of migration

Applying hot transfer film to polyester or polyamide fabrics can present a risk of "migration" of the inks from the fabric. The inks in the fabric can be "reactivated" by the heat (during application) and contaminate (change the colour of) the transfer film. This phenomenon, migration does not appear immediately, but often after 48-72 hours (or even 2 or 3 weeks...).
